Executive Alliance Invites Nominations for the Data Center Executive and Project of the Year National Awards 2008
Achievements by Data Center Professionals and Project Teams to be Recognized
ATLANTA - June 18, 2008 - Executive Alliance, creator and provider of premium leadership-recognition forums worldwide, announced the official Call for Nominations for the Data Center Executive of the Year (DaCEY) and Project Security Executive of the Year Awards.
The DaCEY Award is presented to a chief security officer or executive in an equivalent position who has made a positive impact in the industry through risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy, and information security.
Brand new in 2008, the Data Center Project of the Year Award honors the team behind the project in the following eight categories: Data Center Design, Green Initiatives, Infrastructure Management, Legacy Devices Solutions, Network Operations, Security, Storage, and Virtualization. Each category will recognize an outstanding project team that has successfully completed a data center project in the past 12-18 months that greatly impacted an organization.
Nomination forms, eligibility criteria and other details for this prestigious award are currently available at http://www.datacenterawards.com. Nominations will be accepted through Wednesday, September 10, 2008. The winners will be named at the celebrated DaCEY National Awards Gala on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at the Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, GA.
The DaCEY Nominees and Project Teams are invited to participate in the Data Center Executive Summit comprised of cutting-edge roundtables, speakers, and presentations in a relaxed environment that allows industry leaders to interact and network with their peers.
