Sponsor Packages

The Evening Private Networking Reception Package includes:

Personalized email and stationary invitations with your corporate logo mailed to your customized guest list of executive decision makers on your behalf.
Identification and invitation of evening's executive hosts
Follow-up of guest list and RSVP tracking to ensure maximum attendance.
Attendance by four of your company representatives at the executive level.
Ability to provide remarks to introduce your company from one of your executive representatives.
Heavy hors d'oeuvres and full premium bar to accommodate 20-25 executive decision maker guests, two executive hosts and four company representatives for the two hour time period.*
Corporate logo on name badges at the reception.
Displaying of corporate collateral and 24h x 36h company signage. (Signage is provided by sponsor).

Single corporate sponsor per reception allows for dedicated attention from executive guests and prominent branding.

All event details are handled from guest list selection, invitations, RSVP's, food and beverage.

Available Dates and Times

We have several Wednesday and Thursday evenings from
5 pm to 7 pm available.

Executive Alliance will work with sponsors to choose dates and locations that work best.
