  • Internal use, promoting speakers on our website and social media sites, promoting our brand, updating vendors that are sponsors of our programs, facilitating business, reaching out to extend invitations to participate in and join our programs, improving our services.
  • While optional, we collect dietary requirements for our events which often reflect specific religious beliefs or medical conditions. This information is only shared with the venue in order to provide the correct food and beverage for the attendee.

Executive Alliance works with vendors and third-party suppliers across the globe and we may transfer personal information. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is protected and in compliance with applicable country policies. 


Executive Alliance retains your data as part of our ongoing business practices as long as we deem as required for support of our business, tax purposes, business obligations, defense against claims and internal analytics.
